Barn, Sunroom, and Bedroom Floor Coating in Osage City, KS
Challenge
This couple had a farm out in Osage City, KS, with a few rooms they wanted remodeled. Their barn, sunroom, and bedroom were all a part of this remodel project. All these rooms had carpet, and they were tired of keeping it clean and wanted flooring that felt more like a barn. On top of that, they wanted a flooring option that was easy to take and easy to clean. They were looking for a trustworthy company that could get this project completed smoothly and quickly.
Solution
They called Hello Garage to help them with this project. One of our Garage Gurus, Hunter, came out to talk about the options we had to help them get the results they wanted. Hello Garage provides free evaluations with same-day quotes. Hunter talked through the process of us removing the carpet and hardwood flooring and installing our 100% polyaspartic floor coating. From all of our color options, they went with Onyx in the sunroom and bedroom and Bronze in the barn. Our installation team of John and Antonio came out and got to work! After removing the carpet, this duo took our industrial grinder to smooth the floors. Grinding the concrete also opens the pores of the concrete, so the polyaspartic mixture can form a bond with the concrete. After grinding and cleaning the space, they were ready to apply the polyaspartic flooring. The three layers that make up the flooring are a base coat, flakes, and top coat. In just two days, this team of two was able to get all three rooms installed!
